Augusta is a unique place to live and invest in property. I purchased and renovated a 2 unit property in 2022. It was one of the best investments I ever made. We spend our winters down south to escape the cold weather back north to enjoy golf, sunshine, and the plenty of outdoor activities Augusta has to offer.
